In previous lessons, we did some drills to improve our play stroke which is very important to this game. Without a good sound stroke, you will always lack to improve your game further. Therefore, I will like to emphasize here again to go back to those drills time to time.
Second step to improve your game is to learn and recognize the cue ball path or in other words how to get a good cue ball position.
Cue ball position is the key of this game. To get a good cue ball position for your next shot, you need to know when or when not to use any English or Spin or Follow or Draw or Stun (stop shot).
It is not possible to detail or demonstrate or show thousands (or even hundreds) of cue ball position play. One can learn a few of them and from there to adopt according to a table play. Therefore, practice of many hours and participating in a league play or tournaments are important in improving your game.
I am going to share some lessons in next few pages. You should practice them to improve your game. Again as I said above it is really hard to put out each and every shot. Therefore, you should try to remember what you learn here and utilize the knowledge accordingly in a different situation.
